Our Story
Aaron started his career at Merrill Lynch as a Wealth Advisor in advising and guiding C – level executives on tax optimization and diversification strategies. Pivoting off those relationships, Aaron helped launch an IT division at a global search firm, specializing in niche IT verticals across the technology spectrum. Having signed on numerous cutting edge Hedge Fund, Private Equity and FinTech Companies, Aaron was recognized as a top 10 global top performer at the firm for 3 consecutive years out of 2,200 recruitment consultants.
Aaron then became Partner at an Executive search firm, launching their Technology & Quant Recruitment arm. After a successful 5 year launch, where he built the team to 7, Aaron decided to launch his own firm – Benton Partners.
Aaron’s has a unique ability in really understanding the goals and needs of his clients, and executing a recruitment strategy in ensuring he delivers elite talent that are both technical and cultural fits for each particular search. He prides himself on being available 24/7 for his candidates and clients alike, and strives to ensure both parties are equally satisfied.
Aaron graduated magna cum laude, with a BS in Finance and Economics from Queens College.
